At Chasing Grace Therapy, we offer a subscription to our monthly Therapy Boxes program.  Each month addresses a different topic of the most common issues our clients face.  Each box contains a workbook of research based education and activities to build healthy coping skills in that area as well as video coaching lessons and the opportunity to joining the group therapy sessions to discuss the topic and surprises to bring you joy.  Please contact us for more information and pricing.
